Article "Crisis, restructuring and urban poverty in Mexico"

This is an article published in 1995, so it is amazing that there are people writing about this topic since then. The author realized his research in Guadalajara mainly, and in other cities in Latin America.  Rising prices, falling incomes and other economic and social problems are some factors that the author talks about in the article.
